Refund Policy

We accept the returning request on the condition of followings:
1. Please contact Customer Service first before you ask for a return or refund.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
3. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
4. Please be responsible for the return-shipping fee if there aren't any mistakes made by us
5. If you place the order within 12 hours and want to cancel the order for special reasons, please contact our Customer Service first. We will arrange to make the refund for you.
6. We do not accept a return or refund after you received the items for 7 days.Please be sure of this.
7. Due to the high cost of custom-made items, please be sure that the custom-made items can not be returned if there have not any problems of the sizes, colors, or styles.
8. We will offer a refund after we receive and confirm the items. Please be noticed that you will send us an e-mail for the tracking information of the return items.
